Marshall Islands 'entire future' on the line at international shipping negotiations

Time is running out for world leaders to reach a consensus on a strategy for achieving dramatic reductions in emissions produced by the global shipping industry.

Talks in London are scheduled to end late on Friday, UK time, but there's no guarantee of any deal while significant areas of disagreement between the members of the International Maritime Organisation remain.

As Yara Murray-Atfield reports, Marshall Islands is leading the charge for a zero emissions target, but the major economies are arguing that the financial implications of such a move are just too great.
