Project Cerulean, the joint research initiative between Swire Shipping and the University of the South Pacific, has advertised a call for tenders to complete the Preliminary Design and Cost Estimates for the Cerulean Vessel.

The tender documents are available through USP's TenderLink Platform.  

This consultancy role is crucial for the preparation of Phase 2 activities under the Cerulean Project. The submission period will close June 2nd, 2020, Fiji time, so for any interested parties, please complete registration and submission through the USP tender system by June 1st to have your proposal considered.
